Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of Glitch VPN (the “Service”). You must comply with this AUP and the Terms of Usage.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others.
- Engage in DDoS, large-scale port scanning, brute force, credential stuffing, malware distribution, botnets, or unauthorized access.
- Transmit illegal content, including CSAM or material exploiting children; incite violence or terrorism.
- Infringe intellectual property or distribute copyrighted works at scale.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications or spam.
- Phish, defraud, impersonate others, or launder traffic to conceal proceeds of crime.
- Evade sanctions/export-control restrictions or platform bans.
- Operate third-party exit nodes/proxy endpoints (e.g., residential proxying) through the Service.
- Interfere with Service integrity, attempt to bypass technical restrictions, or degrade network performance.
BitTorrent protocol is not supported. Use with Tor is not guaranteed and may be limited or blocked to protect network integrity.
Fair use & network management
- Accounts may register up to 5 devices; one device is designated as the primary and may remove others.
- Excessive automated or continuous high-throughput usage that materially impacts others may be rate-limited, shaped, or blocked.
- We may temporarily block traffic categories or destinations to maintain stability and security.
Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access (without refund where misuse is intentional or repeated). We may cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.
Reporting abuse
Contact [email protected] with details you control (we generally do not keep connection activity-logs).
Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
