Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for clarity and predictability. All refunds are handled by support via in-app/bot channels or [email protected].
Eligibility windows (10% of the period from start)
- Monthly (recurring): eligible within 3 days of the start of the paid month.
- Yearly (one-time): eligible within 1 month of the start of the paid year.
- Short plans: if offered, eligible within 10% of the plan duration (e.g., ~7 hours for a 3-day plan).
Pro-rata calculation
Approved refunds are pro-rata for the unused portion of the current period (from the time of the refund request), less any non-recoverable processing costs charged by third parties (if applicable). Access ends when the refund is issued.
How to request
Contact support via the bot/in-app channel or email [email protected] with your user_code and proof of purchase (as shown at checkout). We may ask you to prove control of the primary device.
Cancellations
For recurring plans, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. One-time plans do not auto-renew.
Exclusions
No refunds for: (a) intentional abuse, AUP violations, or fraud; (b) requests outside the eligibility window; (c) force-majeure or outages outside our reasonable control; (d) features explicitly marked as beta/experimental.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension to prevent misuse.
Taxes
Prices include taxes where applicable.
