Terms of Service

These Terms of Usage (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Glitch VPN (the “Service”) provided by GLITCH LABS LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the AUP.

1. Eligibility

You must be at or above the age of majority in your country and in any case 18+. You represent that you are not subject to sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Service.

2. Accounts & devices

The Service uses an anonymous 16-character code ("user_code") instead of email/password. You may register up to 5 devices. One device is designated as the primary device and may remove other devices. If you sign out on the primary device without re-assigning, a new primary device may be selected automatically.

3. Plans and payments

The Service may be purchased as recurring or one-time access, depending on the plan you select.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers/platforms, which may change from time to time. Taxes are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise. Auto-renewal (where applicable) continues until you cancel; after cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (which includes a limited eligibility window and pro-rata refunds of the unused portion when approved). Abuse or material breach voids refund eligibility.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with the AUP. BitTorrent protocol is not supported. Use with Tor is not guaranteed and may be limited or blocked.

6. Fair use & network management

We may apply reasonable technical measures (rate-limits, shaping, or blocking of categories/destinations) to protect stability and security. We may suspend or terminate for abuse.

7. Service changes, pricing, and availability

We may modify features or pricing on notice. Active, already-paid periods are not changed. If we discontinue the Service, we will honor paid access through the end of the current period or provide a fair remedy consistent with the Refund Policy.

8. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. No SLA is provided.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (i) the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (ii) USD 100.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your illegal use or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GLITCH LABS LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is in that jurisdiction’s competent courts. You agree to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, stop using the Service and cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle.

These Terms are provided in English. Translations are for convenience only; English controls.
